The Safe Space is a safe online community for conversations on and around mental health on the Discord server. You can meet people with similar stories, diverse backgrounds, and shared experiences. You can also use it to ask questions to a mental health expert on the forum itself and find access to multiple mental health resources that can help you improve your mental health.
WeMentor seeks to establish a peer-based support structure at a college level, to establish a culture where seniors can guide juniors to better adjust to college life as well as provide support in dealing with academic and personal problems. This program is headed by our MH expert, Ms. Suzy Singh and is currently running successfully in VIT Pune.
We Listen forum is an online platform that connects you to the professionals on-board with us. On this forum, you can anonymously share your feelings & thoughts or can post your queries & doubts regarding mental health. The forum is active on the social media platform “Facebook”.
Grief comes in waves. At times you feel you're able to ride the wave alone, but at other times you wish you had someone you could share your pain with and be understood. This is why we have created the Grief Circle - to be there for you and you never feel alone as you deal with the grief and loss. You can share your story of pain and loss with us and we shall hold the space in which you can safely connect with, express and process your grief.
Platform where we bring a mental health specialist and the audience together. Several important topics have been discussed through these talks including, depression, distraction, cognitive behavioral therapy, men’s mental health, and the effects of lockdown on our well-being. We have collaborated with several internationally acclaimed mental health coaches and counselors for these talks.

Giving words to the stories and reproducing the journeys of people who have conquered their mental health issues of the past or are still making their way through. It is to motivate and encourage people to speak up, give and seek help, open up, and break the stigma associated with mental health in our society.
A series of online creatives posted on all our social media platforms creating awareness on mental health, the myths associated with them, the issues & problems, their types, causes, and the grounding techniques. To date, we have covered the mental issues of anxiety and anxiety disorder, focusing on what these issues are about and their grounding techniques. In the upcoming creatives, we will touch on other mental health issues like stress, depression, etc.
A series of weekly online posts in which motivational & inspirational quotes written either by famous personalities or contributed to us by our audience, revolving around mental health, are restated by us.
Series of motivational quotes taken from famous movies, TV series, songs, comics and novels. The youngsters can relate to the characters and quotes that inspire and motivate them. The series focuses on bringing out the happy and feel good creatives for the audience. For the same, we collaborated with the psychologist Ishita Mehra (instagram: @inner.aid).
The survey team is developing surveys for parents of pre-teens (9-12 years old) and on Behavioural Studies. These surveys will study how aware parents are about their children’s mental and emotional health while the latter study The survey will be used to gain a deeper understanding of the impact of COVID on our mental health.
